fragments of dead men
medicines

scattered over heaven

rotten pears and scented apples

we cut with razors blunt
listening fingers fucked

and the scars on our arms
are from laughter

importunate ecstasy

as life scowls at the sun

murder in the victim's blood

is us, temporary

death, fragments

of love, rotten pears, thinking skin

and things written,
periods missing,

scented drugs
